As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. Responsibilities:- Assist in the coordination of logistics operations, including managing shipments, tracking orders, and communicating with carriers and customers.- Help with the implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing paperwork, and maintaining records.- Assist in problem-solving and resolving any issues that may arise during the operations process.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and achieve company goals.
