Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Associate to join our team at WestRock in Dallas, Texas. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, working closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess strong people management and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational activities- Support the implementation and maintenance of operational processes- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving- Assist in project management tasks as needed- Provide administrative support to the operations team
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- 1 year of experience in operations or a similar role- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications- Knowledge of operational processes and procedures
