Job Description:
Amgen is seeking a motivated and confident Operations Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and creativity to effectively manage operational tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:1. Support day-to-day operations within the company, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and managing communications.2. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations across departments.4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.5. Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.7. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field.3. Strong organizational and time management skills.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.7. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
