Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zoom Video Communications is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to work remotely from Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
- Conduct research to support operational initiatives
- Provide leadership and support to teams as needed
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
