Operations Associate - Work From Home

Allstate is seeking a motivated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operations tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement- Support the implementation of new policies and procedures- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all operational activities- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- 4+ years of relevant experience in operations or a related field- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Effective communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
