### **Job Description:**

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a fully remote position based in New York City, this role is ideal for individuals who are committed to contributing positively to a collaborative work environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and maintaining updated records to ensure operational efficiency.

- **Customer Engagement:** Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.

- **Reporting and Analysis:** Gather and analyze operational data to produce reports that assist in identifying trends and facilitating informed decision-making.

- **Process Improvement:** Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Suggest and implement innovative solutions that improve operational workflows.

- **Project Coordination:** Support and coordinate special projects as assigned, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

- **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to support a cohesive operational strategy and enhance communication.

- **Training and Support:** Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing support and training regarding operational protocols and systems.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in an operations-related role.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative support capacity, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
