The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) organization is responsible for oversight of all areas of organizational effectiveness and administration for Citi's Chief Operating Office. One of the CAO organization's remit includes leading Risk & Controls for the COO function, proactively monitoring and identifying risks and establishing and maintaining robust controls. This role will be part of the COO – CAO organization in Operations Controls. Operations Controls focuses on control simplification and automation, risk identification and mitigation, and drives robust governance routines in support of the Operations' businesses. The Reporting Analyst role requires extensive liaison with the product and support functions at all levels, including the Chief Administration Office, Operations, Risk & Controls and other functions both in the region and globally.
Responsibilities:
Provide risk related reporting services for Operations supporting monthly Control Forums, GBRCC, BRCC etc. enabling proactive management of the risk and control environment.
Lead the coordination and production of reporting and presentation for key forums and executive meetings
Work collaboratively with the product and support functions at all levels varying from report requirements, report inputs, testing, data validations etc.
Support development of clear and concise presentations and materials, including talking points for various forums
Proactively support the team in the form of ad hoc projects
Multi-task productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of computer literacy especially in the Microsoft Office product suite, work proficiently in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience.
5+ years' experience in financial services.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Effective organizational influencing skills required.
Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to comprehend the big pictures with high attention to critical details
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, pertaining to data analytics and presentations required
Seasoned individual with ability to execute against multiple strategic concurrent projects with little supervision and elevated deliverable timelines
Self-starter comfortable working in dynamic environments
Knowledge of Risk & Control subject areas (e.g., Issue Governance/Management, 2nd/3rd Line Reviews, MCA etc.) is a plus
Working knowledge of Citi systems (e.g., iCAPs and CR&C etc.) is a plus
Working knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau) is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
