The Operations Coordinator reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the administration of our customer's replacement window, siding, and door installation projects. The Operations Coordinator will coordinate the scheduling and follow up on new installations, ensuring that projects are executed timely and accurately, keeping the customer updated throughout the process.
\n Core Role ResponsibilitiesSchedules installation appointments ensuring jobs are scheduled in an efficient and timely mannerReviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooksActively oversees installation pipeline, closing and updating jobs dailyManages installation paperwork to ensure that the installation crews are prepared for each scheduled installationUnderstands each installation crew's abilities and appropriately assigns a qualified crew to each new projectReceives and maintains inventory of orders providing timely ETAs to all stakeholdersResolves relevant customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfactionCollects payments/submits funding for completed jobs to maintain DSO within company standardsPerforms other duties as assigned Basic QualificationsHigh school Diploma or GED1+ years of administrative support or scheduling experience Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining accounts receivableCRM experience a plusCustomer-centric mindsetDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environmentHome Improvement/Home Services experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
