W2 JOB NUMBER: 14601117 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Duration: 12 months+ Description: Space Systems Engineering Operations Technician positions available that will support one of our premier programs on our Aurora, CO campus or at our Richardson, TX campus. These roles will play a key part in assisting our large program team with metrics, onboarding, meeting facilitation, and various support activities. Collaborate with program leadership to facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of new staff members Support program activities and contribute to team success Support Satellite daily operations Attend meetings and other functions as requested Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training) and a minimum of 6 years of relative experience organizational groups Active and transferable Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Experience working on Defense or Intelligence Agency Satellite technologies and/or ground control systems Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and/or Excel Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working with senior leadership on large teams Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibilities Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably present information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders Prior experience training team members Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
