A DAY IN THE LIFE As the Operations Lead, B+B, you'll report to our Nursery Yard Manager and help manage the daily tasks, projects, and processes that keep the barn, grid, and mulch rows looking their best. You'll be responsible for helping customers get the product they've purchased, championing the importance of defined processes, and being the expert for the operational side of the Operations team – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
