Operations Intern (Nyc/Remote)

Role Overview We're looking for a highly motivated, operations intern. We don't mess around - you will learn what you need to know to launch your career! Our internship program starts as unpaid for as many hours as you have available. At three months, we do an evaluation and if we want to keep working together, we roll into a paid internship. In the end - we will consider you for any of our open roles you are interested in or connect you to companies and individuals for your career opportunity.  What you'll do Organize and manage projects and their tasks associated with running the business Own, organize and maintain Asana project boards  Work with CEO to learn the process and systems behind contractor onboarding Work with CEO to learn how we implement our founder programs What you'll learn What is needed to keep a happy team :)  How to run a first-of-its-kind business! Best practices of technology apps including Slack, Notion, Airtable, Asana and more The hard and soft skills required of individuals who work in operations What makes this internship awesome?
