Description of Task to be Performed: AnaVation is seeking an Operations Lead to drive our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives for the customer's system.
Responsibilities include: Lead IGA efforts for our system, including developing and implementing identity lifecycle management policies and procedures.Oversee the provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights, ensuring compliance with Zero Trust Architecture and least privilege principles.Manage the integration of new applications into the system.Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and web servers to support business needs.Perform software installations and upgrades, monitor system performance, and ensure data integrity. Implement backup and recovery processes and develop standard operating procedures.Conduct routine hardware and software audits and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations.This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph.
This position is on-site with our customer in Washington, DC. After the initial phase of on-site support, there is potential for remote work, subject to customer approval.
