By doing so, we contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and dependence on non-renewable resources in the transportation and industrial sectors. We are currently searching for an Operations Leader for our Winnsboro, SC facility. Core Responsibilities: Route Optimization: Plan and dispatch daily collection routes to maximize efficiency using Greasr and FOG BMP algorithms. Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring compliance with safety and company protocols. Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily inspections and walkthroughs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and SCDHEC regulations. Customer Service: Address service issues, manage equipment delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction. Quality Control: Oversee product testing, traceability, and Quality Assurance to meet both internal and external standards. Inventory & Maintenance: Manage product inventory, schedule repairs, and inspect vendor work. Vendor Management: Research, schedule, and oversee vendor services for repairs and new equipment installations. Plant Oversight: Monitor plant performance, safety, and environmental compliance. Financial Control: Manage company credit card use and maintain financial documentation. Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED required; college education preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in industrial plant leadership. Scheduling and EH&S knowledge preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication. Proficiency in Google Sheets. Physical capability to perform plant inspections and repairs. Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday.
