**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Boba shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a deep understanding of inventory control,and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies
- Implement strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, inventory control, and food safety standards
- Ability to cook or assist in kitchen operations is a plus
- Hospitality management or related field experience is desirable
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
