Building Location:South University ClinicDepartment:11250 PsychologyJob Description:The Operations Manager leads assigned clinical areas to ensure optimal patient access, clinical quality and financial outcomes. Provides leadership to assigned colleagues, monitors engagement, recruitment and retention best practices, and initiatives. The Manager is responsible for achieving financial targets related to staff productivity, physician and advanced practice productivity, and ensures assigned areas are staffed according to volumes.
