Position Summary: The Operations Manager at RSI Security is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, project management, and process improvement, HR, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will ensure operational excellence and support the achievement of company goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives by developing, implementing, and monitoring operational processes to enhance efficiency.HR and Finance Support: Help oversee and support HR and finance processes and workflowsProject Management: Oversee the client journey from sales to delivery of services, collaborating with teams to address roadblocks and help facilitate and resolve client escalations Vendor Management: Oversee the vetting, onboarding, and ongoing management of company vendorsProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
