Operations Manager Hybrid – Fullerton, CA 92835 Salary: 80-95K POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our IT outsourcing services, encompassing Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Field Service operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT operations management, proven leadership skills, and a strategic mindset geared towards continuous improvement and client satisfaction KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services, including MSP, MSSP, PaaS, and Field Services. Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives. Drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a large, diverse team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Develop career plans for direct reports and resolve operational issues Client Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing relationships and service delivery. Address and resolve client issues promptly Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the IT outsourcing industry, with a focus on MSP, MSSP, PaaS, or Field Service environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field.
