About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Operations Manager to ensure efficient, scalable operations that support our ticketing and live event business. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in box office systems, process improvement, and software integration to optimize partner success and streamline ticketing operations. You'll drive decision-making through metrics, improve partner, venue, and vendor collaboration, and ensure seamless workflows across multiple functions to support venues and producing partners nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you'll be responsible for driving key operational initiatives, measuring performance through KPIs, and aligning operational efforts with TodayTix Group's business goals. This highly collaborative role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partner Success, and Finance, to ensure seamless processes that support the growth of our live events and ticketing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an operational leader who is passionate about optimizing systems and solving challenges. Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible.
