Operations Manager

Kane Partners is searching for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a machining company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and operations management, with a focus on optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities: · Manage and coordinate all aspects of machining operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
· Establish and enforce quality control standards, ensuring that all products meet specifications and industry regulations.
· Oversee inventory levels and materials procurement to ensure timely availability of resources while minimizing costs.
· Has worked under AS9100, ITAR, DFAR and ISO9001 manufacturing standards
· 5+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment
· Strong understanding of machining processes, technologies, and quality control methodologies and the ability to read drawings, layouts, and blueprints required.
