Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily operations, with a focus on ad-buying, invoice processing, and other essential functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in a remote setting, and will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations related to ad-buying, invoice processing, and other essential functions, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic initiatives and goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on ad-buying, invoice processing, and related tasks.
Proven experience managing operations in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with operational software and tools.

Preferred Skills:
