Job summary
The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall operation of the ResCare HomeCare or All Ways Caring Branch.Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business leaders.Maintains a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets.• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business leaders.• Select, train, and develop branch staff.• Oversee recruitment and selection processes.• Manage Quality Management System initiatives and analyze monthly financial statements to increase profitability.• Monitor to ensure exemplary service, maintain positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.• Manage sales and service processes, including conducting recruiting/sourcing, cold calling, creating proposals, and closing sales.• Participate in personal care sales programs and maintain a thorough understanding of personal care service and product offerings.• Ensure sales targets are met, maintain awareness of competitors, and execute branch's annual business plan.• Select, train, and develop staff; monitor staff performance and coach the service team.
Requirements
• 2+ years of supervisory experience• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience
