Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Assist General Manager to exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue targets Coordinate with General Manager to ensure training and development of new field team members Mentor and guide team members so that they are able to reach personal and professional goals Assist truck team members in the field when needed Coordinate in the development of daily schedules to ensure on-time service Assist in the creation of systems and processes that lead to operational excellence Ensure truck fleet is properly maintained through regular inspections and repairs completed as needed Champion the health and safety of all employees, customers, and the general public by following and implementing health and safety measures Striving to create a winning and positive culture through our core values (Passion, Integrity, Professionalism, and Empathy)
To qualify, candidates must possess:
A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills 3+ year of operations management experience overseeing similar duties as outlined above Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals Must be available to work 5 days a week including some weekend shifts.
