Reports To: Director of Operations and Governance
Summary of Position: The Operations Manager manages day-to-day project coordinator team, operational quality control, and processes and procedures for all construction divisions.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Hire, Train, and Develop Project Coordinators ("PC"), in all divisions.Train General Managers ("GM"), Project Managers ("PM"), Superintendents, and field team as applicable.Manage and assign PC's workload to PMs and projects for all divisions.Subject Matter Expert ("SME") in account functions, operational procedures, and reporting for the construction divisions.Manage, audit, and report data from all AFS systems for accuracy and compliance for coachable opportunities.Maintain reports.Monitor program roll outs for gaps and PC compliance, catch potential issues for proactive coaching.Work with a team to create, update, and train processes and procedures.Account Receivable ("AR") and Accounts Payable ("AP") primary source of contact for all issues.Assist or manage permits and licenses as directed.Manage special projects for operations, facilities, and construction.Manage or assist in the oversight of all Customer Maintenance Management System ("CMMS") platforms.Manage Procurement as directed. (Purchase Orders, Supplier Pricing, and Governance)Other duties as assigned.Travel as needed.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Commitment to a work scheduleExperience with Office suiteSmart, analytical, creative and can deliver results quickly.Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with individuals at all levels.Strong written, oral, and visual communication skillsExtremely organized with strong attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a team; work well under deadlines.Supervisory experienceAbility to travel as needed.Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or olderMust be able to pass a drug test.Must be able to pass a background check.Must have active and valid driver's license.Physical Demands:These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
