**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- **Experience:**
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
- **Skills:**
