Join the power movement as an Operations Planner You will manage an end-to-end supply plan to ensure demand and supply for critical system builds are cohesive with the Integrated Master Schedule and Production Plan. You will belong to a collaborative culture and exhibit transparent communication and innovative solutions for mitigating schedule risk.
\n What you'll do:Interface between Suppliers, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align schedules and resources for critical path itemsTranslate Engineering bills of materials into actionable planning signals for the Supply Chain and Production teamsMonitor and report supply risk mitigation strategies to internal customers on a continuous basisIdentify and clearly communicate schedule blockers and their impactsManage full product lifecycle demand and supply planning signals, with an emphasis on the transition from development to productionNegotiate internally & externally to ensure resources are appropriately allocatedBe the link between Inventory and Logistics to streamline the flow of partsCreate tools and innovate planning processes to help the supply chain operate more efficientlySupport MRP and product/project schedule alignmentMaintain healthy product master data in the system of record What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or FinanceMaster's Degree is a plus1+ Yrs in Manufacturing, Planning, or Supply ChainExperience translating Engineering designs into demand and supply plansStrong understanding of ERP and MRP systemsStrong computer skills with MS office or G-Suite applications General understanding of quality system functionalityHave strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact and work effectively with many levels of personnel and suppliers Bonus points for: Start-up or high growth environment Experience with resource allocationCreating and maintaining master schedulesSales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Must-have requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsWork in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenicsPerform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of timeWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
\n$80,000 - $180,000 a year
Salary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Benefits include:
