We are currently seeking an extraordinarySheeter Operatorto workON-SITEat our facility inCharlotte, NC. This isnota hybrid or remote position.
Your Role
Position Summary:The Press Sheeter Operator supports operational productivity through the setup, operation, and maintenance of sheeting equipment. Responsible to accurately and efficiently produce product to customer specification and Company quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare for Operation by ordering stock from warehouse personnel to prepare for make ready operations.
Responsible for setting up machine components to create products in line with customer specifications.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
Perform Quality Checks by completing quality checklist(s) and other paperwork according to established standard operating procedures and perform quality checks of product throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for operating Sheeter while observing and monitoring machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed.
Responsible for complying with cGMP's, SOP's, Safety, and company policies.
Perform Line Clearance by clean assigned area by removing all product from line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.
All other duties by assigned by management.
Your Profile
Desired Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in in pharmaceutical folding/carton environment preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of working in a quality driven environment preferred.
Previous experience using an ERP system preferred.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Solid understanding of safety awareness, PS9000 Quality System, and the processing of high security product.
Intermediate mathematics
Basic computer knowledge
