Tempus' proprietary platform connects an entire ecosystem of real-world evidence to deliver real-time, actionable insights to physicians, providing critical information about the right treatments for the right patients, at the right time.We're looking for aTIME Operations Project Associatewho will support the daily operations and performance goals for a large and scaling Trials business. Responsibilities:Support TIME communications and outreach effortsAnalyze data to provide insights on outreach efforts to assess impact Partner with Operations, Account Management, and Provider Engagement to provide administrative support to execute on operational initiatives and workflow improvements Autonomously own ad hoc processes and projects to ensure operational excellence is maintainedSupport ongoing and future projects within the team Qualifications:1+ years working experience4 year college degree, preferably in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldIs highly organized and systematic, with superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracyPersistent and resilient person who thrives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environmentStrong critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsShow initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independentlyProficiency with google suite / microsoft excel / data analysis #LI-SH1#LI-HYBRID
