**On-site Role M-F, 8am-5pm EST** **Base + Commission** Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods Collaborate with drivers and other team members to optimize routes and schedules Track and report on transportation metrics, such as on-time delivery and cost per mile Resolve any issues or delays in transportation operations, ensuring minimal disruption to service Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including driver logs and vehicle maintenance Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure complianceProvide quality and accurate information between customers, carriers, and internal team Qualifications: Prior experience in transportation operations or a related field is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using transportation management systems and software Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyStrong knowledge of transportation logisticsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in using industry-specific software and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsFlexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings, if requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a team**Candidates with Spanish language proficiency are encouraged to apply.**
