Responsibilities
• Produce high quality medical devices• Drive continuous improvement efforts• Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, and OSHA standards• Handle materials from receipt to shipment• Adjust priorities and goals based on demands• Identify strengths and weaknesses of associates• Determine personnel performance and hiring decisions• Approve and initiate changes to procedures• Review metrics for continuous improvement• Provide oversight to production and inventory control• Identify and address material and supplier issues• Maintain inventory accuracy and support production goals• Manage training and documentation of production personnel• Track and distribute deviations and procedures• Coordinate with Product Development for new products• Analyze business processes and systems• Maintain regular attendance and comply with company policies
Requirements
