We're currently seeking an Operations Supervisor based in Yonkers, NY, to manage the day to day of our chauffeurs and operations. Join us and be part of a dynamic and growing team!
Responsibilities: Supervise and manage theshift operations of chauffeurs, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain the schedule of chauffeurs, ensuring adequate coverage and timely service.Assign and dispatch chauffeurs to pick-up and drop-off locationsMonitor chauffeur performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training as necessary to maintain high service standards.Resolving issues promptly and effectively.Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and fleet management, to optimize operations and resolve any issues.Qualifications: CDL with passenger endorsementat least 1 + years supervisory experienceMust have great interpersonal skillsBe able to handle stressful situationsBenefits: Free hair cutsFree dry cleaningMedical and Dental insuranceVacation and Sick time401kLife insuranceQuarterly bonusesSuccession planningand MORE!
