This is a remote position; however, the candidate must reside within thirty (30) miles of one of the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Austin, TX; or Barrington, IL.

Strategic Execution: o Translate strategic vision projects of Operations Leadership team into actionable plans ensuring timely and effective execution.
Salesforce Administration: o Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including configuration, user management, report generation, and process automation.
Ensure the CRM system supports the company's operational needs.
o Recommend high-value adaptations and modifications of Salesforce with close collaboration with Operations leadership as a result of self-directed and hands on training.
o Perform Salesforce configuration and maintenance for capabilities on, but not limited to, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and several third-party apps.
o Design, configure, and administer Repair OnDemand's Salesforce org, leveraging core Salesforce technologies such as lightning components, custom objects, workflow rules, sharing rules, custom fields, validation rules.
o Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
o Stay current with the development and release of Salesforce's capability roadmap and how best to use new features to solve Repair onDemand's business challenges.
o Work with the development team to implement user functionality and with business partners to implement functionality.
o Provide support to Salesforce users across Repair OnDemand and function as the primary point of contact for end-user support.
o Create and administer training to existing or unpracticed users/groups and provide one-to-one training to end users on an ongoing basis.
o Implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platform.
Depending on project size, work with third-party Salesforce Contractors to complete complex work.
o Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
o Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
o Serve as a technical interface between IT, business users, and outside partners.
Business Analysis: o Maintain in-depth knowledge of current workflows and processes.
As needed, suggest, design, and document new processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Process Documentation: o Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflows, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and training materials to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
Project Coordination: o Assist with project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful roll-out of new products and processes.
Provide follow-up support to ensure adoption and compliance with new initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: o Collaborate closely with various teams, including Fulfillment, Support, and Product, to ensure alignment with the SVP/VP strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Analytical and critical thinking skills with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and a desire to work in highly complex information technology systems.
Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates, and conduct steering committee meetings.
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred, not required) Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience/Architecture desired Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
Familiarity with additional CRM or operational tools.
Domo/SQL experience would be a plus Supervisory responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer and phone.
Physical demands This is largely a sedentary role.
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
