The Trainer is the first person our new production stakeholders will be introduced to after they are hired on and will take them through all Safety, Food Safety, and job-related training needed to ensure our New Hires are successful in their roles. The Trainer will also help conduct follow up meetings/ round tables during the qualification process as well as mentor and guide new employees after they are fully qualified.

Shift: 2nd shift Monday to Friday / 3:15 pm to 12:00 am
Compensation: $23.25/hr with a shift premium of +$0.50/hr = $23.75

• Conduct Roundtables, Check-ins, and Status Updates with the New Hires and Management Teams
• Perform Training around LOTO & Forklift
• Be a resource and mentor to new hires during the onboarding, qualification process, and post probationary
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently with little Supervision
Required Qualifications: • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications: • Bilingual
• Previous Training Experience
• Alchemy Experience
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience working in a production or plant environment
