Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Operator III will be responsible for all phases of transforming raw materials into finished product.
Key responsibilities include:Ensure the cleaning and optimum condition of the equipment before and/or during production. Otherwise, notify the Shift Leader.Ensure that there are no differences between the material used and that requested to produce.Adjust pre-refiner/refiner and conch temperatures and product fineness according to recipe and customer specifications.Manually add raw materials like powders, fat, flavors and emulsifiers in different parts of the process according to recipes.Adjust products according to meet quality specifications before sending them to finished product tanks.Carry out the elaboration of the chocolate according to the process specifications.Enter recipe data according to production schedule.Record raw material incoming number on production order sheet.Review the conching cycles of each product.Enter performance confirmations and shift information into SAP.About you:High School Diploma or equivalency.Minimum 3 years of production manufacturing experience.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Ability to operate material handling equipment.Good organization, math, written and oral communication, detail-oriented, interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, must work autonomously with a minimum of supervision.Must be able to adhere to all GMP and food safety rules.What you can expect from Barry Callebaut:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Paid time off, plus 12 paid holidays, plus your birthday off.Environment that welcomes workplace flexibility.An atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
