.**Justification**Critical role to the Aptiv EDS NA Operations Excellence Structure to improve Operational Excellence Performance and Support Business grow strategies in Aptiv EDS NE Region, this role is located at Monterrey, N.L.**Job Posting Title**OpEx North East Regional Manager**Job Summary**We are looking for an Regional Operational Excellence Manager to work with the Plant OpEx Leaders in conjunction with Plant Managers to achieve/exceed EDS North East annual budget and operational objectives. Drive the OpEx Strategy deployment through all of the organization enhancing people development with training, team work, leadership and recognition, Design, document, implement, standardize and share world class manufacturing systems; and Build and sustain an Operational Excellence Synergy in and between all Aptiv EDS North East sites.The vacancy is to be positioned in Monterrey, NL and reports to Opex Director EDS North America**Your Role**- Responsible for EDS North East Plant Operational Excellence Coordinators- Responsible for achieving EDS NE annual budget and operational objectives- Assure EDS NE OpEx projects are on track, correctly documented and booked into the system (ECIP)- Assure EDS NE SQCIP (key metrics)- Improve Efficiency, Quality and Delivery. Eliminate Waste and optimize Manufacturing Cost.- Support Operational Disciplines: 5S's, 1st Hour productivity, Daily pulse meetings, etc.- Strategic Planning of EDS NE operational and functional process standardization : EOS / OSA / MSD simplification- New projects design, prove of concept, documentation and training- Assure Best Practices are effectively shared and quickly deployed (read across)- EDS NE OpEx Training Strategy- Lean Championship- EDS NE OpEx Recognition Strategy**Your Background**- University degree / High level of English proficiency is a must- Experience on Lean/CI implementation is required- Experience in a Management role- Comfortable working and managing in a matrix organization- Highly structured and analytical individual- Proven track-record of successful project management and managing people- A dynamic, self-starting and action-oriented person with the ability to think strategically and to put strategy into practice- Strong communicator and team player- Strong influencing skills- Result driven combined with the ability to achieve results through people- Coaching local CI resources on performance management, improvement and development (alongside their line managers)**Traits we seek**- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously, clearly establish expectations and hold others accountable for achieving results, as well as developing and executing strategic plans.- Embrace resilience - seeing every challenge as a learning opportunity and invitation to grow.- People willing to share knowledge and experience with others in a commitment to make a group growth bringing balance to it instead of weighting in one direction
