Arkansas Veterinary Emergency & Specialists (AVES) is seeking a Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join our growing team!

AVES is the only specialty practice in the state, and we recently moved into a brand new, 8,500 square foot facility in west Little Rock, which allows us to offer advanced diagnostics including CT, digital radiology, ultrasound/echocardiography, and endoscopy. Our specialties include Surgery, Dermatology, Dentistry, and Ophthalmology, while our emergency team provides both referred and after-hours emergency care. Our ideal candidate has an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work as a team, helping to provide both cohesive medical care and communication between clients, referring veterinarians, and specialists.

Qualifications: Veterinarian degree (DVM) from an accredited college or university. Current State Veterinary License. DEA registration must be obtained and maintained. Must demonstrate a desire to continue learning in veterinary care and participate in leading staff training.
