Job Description:Location: Queens, NY (Elmhurst)Position: OphthalmologistStructure: OutpatientCredentialing: 60 daysSchedule: Full-TimeEMR: EpicSupport: Full Office Staff and APPDuties:Perform retinal examination, and order/interpret tests (OCT, photos, fluorescein angiograms, and other tests as appropriate).Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care for a wide variety of vitro-retinal conditions.Treat retinal diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, vascular occlusions, and macular degeneration.Perform office-based procedures.Compensation: 350K - 450KBenefits: Full PackageQualifications:Unrestricted NY licenseBE/BC in OphthalmologyActive DEA registrationMust possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enrollCompletion of three year post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in ophthalmology.Completion of a medical or medical-surgical retina fellowship, preferably one registered with AUPO-FCCSeeking both experienced – 2 years or above, and newly trained retina fellowsIf interested in this position please apply immediately and someone will be in contact within 24 hours of submission.
