About the role
As a Ops Business Process Specialist, you will work within the corporate fulfillment/Logistics Operations organization to research, analyze, understand KPI's and document processes improvements to the company's business and operational processes to improve overall organization performance. We will count on you to participate in supporting and optimizing warehouse management system (WMS) implementations, go-lives, and changes. Along the way, you will get to:
Collaborate with business users to identify key business processes and standard operating procedures pain points.
Evaluate and provide analysis of current business processes and workflows, to identify the key pain points, inefficiencies, inaccuracies, and other issues to recommend process improvements.
Document training, and standard operating procedures
Build process flow documents in alignment with established and approved future processes.

What we're looking for
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar process improvement frameworks is preferred but not required.
Prior experience in Logistics, Fulfillment, and or Integration an asset
Has participated in group work sessions making decisions regarding workflow, business analysis, implementation planning, and system testing
Highly articulate in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation to achieve desired result.
