Description : The process engineer will work into the role of technical lead managing the metrology department for an optical component manufacturing company in Maryland. This is a "shop floor" role working with techs, overseeing the manufacturing output, making process decisions in real time.

Responsibilities :
* Be responsible for interferometry
* Track run data and perform and execute analysis
* Develop data packages
* Make process decisions on run times
* Determine tooling requirements and run parameters.
* Provide technical leadership/become technical authority
