Responsibilities
• Evaluate patient vision and health care needs• Document findings in patient records and consults with patient regarding the status and future requirements associated with their individualized vision care needs• Works closely with the office team to provide compassionate patient focused care• Team focused, personable, and passionate about providing friendly neighborhood eye care
Requirements
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution• Active state license (or willing to obtain)• National Provider Identification (NPI) and TPA License required• Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting a plus but not mandatory
