Location: 
We are seeking an Optometry Assistant to join our team in the Virginia Beach and Richmond area with a travel radius up to about 3 hours. Paid drive time and mileage stipend! Any drive over 2 hours (about 100 miles) will be eligible for an overnight stay with hotel and meal allowance.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Thursday and we are offering competitive pay at $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, and you also get. .50 cents per mile plus hourly pay during travel. 

Duties:
Arrive before the doctor to get the clinic set up at the facility.
Transport patients to and from the exam area at the facility.
Assist the doctor with vision pretesting, working with glasses and scribing as needed.

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
1 year relevant work history, preferably in long term/senior care.
Vaccination is required; however the Company will consider accommodations for disability and religious-based reasons.
