In-depth knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud functionalities.
Solid understanding of compensation plan configuration, credit rule creation, and custom component development.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for system integrations.
Hands-on experience in developing SQL and PL/SQL code.
Thorough understanding of sales performance management processes and incentive compensation models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business needs.
