Our skilled surgeons utilize advanced oral and facial surgical techniques to deliver exceptional care. Our Technology: Our practice utilizes leading edge 3D scanning, imaging, dental, and cosmetic technologies to perform highly accurate procedures and effective overall treatment. Our Work Lives: With a full-time or part-time schedule, our team works to accommodate our Surgeon's other scheduling demands. We value a strong work-life balance, which includes a days-only schedule, and no weekends . We also value ensuring our surgeons have appropriate administrative time to complete their non-procedural duties. Our experienced administrative teams ensure that our surgeons and families are supported entirely focused on providing a best-in-class employee experience. Our Compensation: We offer highly competitive compensation and benefits packages. The full-time benefits package includes periodic bonuses based on collections, fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance with company reimbursements for medical expenses , sign-on bonus, basic life/AD & D, short-term disability, long-term disability, generous paid-time off, company discounts, an incentivized wellness program, 6 paid holidays, continuing education support, equity available, and 401k plan with a match. Part-time compensation package includes a daily guaranteed minimum of $2,000 - $3,000 plus additional earnings based on collections (estimated daily total average is $2,000 - $5,000), liability insurance with tail coverage, continuing education reimbursements, and travel expense reimbursements. Our offices focus on absolute professionalism and optimal patient experiences to provide our communities with nationally recognized care. Not only does our footprint offer the benefits of scenic beauty but also the benefit of an in-house network of fellow practicing surgeons there to support each other wherever needed.
