New York Dental Affiliates (NYDA) is adding an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.
The Hospital is part of NYC Health + Hospitals.
Lincoln is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers.
The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Weill Medical College of Cornell University to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon to diagnose patients and treat various conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial regions.
Responsibilities include:
Direct supervision of OMFS resident staff.The candidate will be part of a growing OMFS Department that includes a strong infrastructure of support with the present attending staff in OMFS.Position requires fellowship training in Head and Neck, Microvascular, Craniofacial, and/or Cosmetic Surgery.QualificationsPreferred:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
MD degree preferred.Certified by The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.Fellowship Certificate of training.Required:
Primary responsibilities include direct supervision of OMFS resident team.Participation in daily rounds of in-patients.Scholarly activity with resident education program and mentorship of research initiatives.Educational conferences and presentations to faculty and residents across all disciplines.Growth of Fellowship Division.Reconstructive surgery to treat congenital defects, structural abnormalities, and injuries.Collaborating with healthcare specialists to enhance Fellowship Program.Informing patients of their diagnoses and discussing appropriate treatment options with them.Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $200,400 based on a 24-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $269,940, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 17 weeks additional sessional/per diem/call hours worked per week is $25,500.
This does not include weekend call.Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
