About the RoleWorkforce Strategy & Transformation are trusted advisors and delivery partners to T&C and the business, through a strategy led, data informed, and people enabled approach to workforce strategy and transformation. This role will support and deliver prioritised strategic initiatives, change and transformation for ANZ within the scope and mission of Workforce Strategy & Transformation. This role will have a strong focus on the WS&T capability the role aligns to (Organisation Design & Strategy, or Workforce Implementation). Working closely with the in-scope business area, this role will provide expertise in organisation design, operating model design, governance, decision rights and accountability design.

What will your day look like?Supporting and advising the business on the end-to-end Workforce Strategy & Transformation activity for delivery of strategic initiatives, change and transformation as it relates to the capability the role aligns to (Organisation Design & Strategy, Workforce Implementation).Contributing to developing the WS&T capability proposition bringing a human centred design lens to the proposition.Undertake peer coaching and act as an SME for other team members, particularly sharing knowledge, and experience.Contribute to on-boarding work and resource allocation processes for roles aligned to the capability (Organisation Design & Strategy, Workforce Implementation).Leading larger more complex organisation design projects will be undertaken by team members at more senior levels and shadowing opportunities will be provided to build team capability.Supporting strategic initiatives for other WS&T capabilities as required.Developing strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to success.Engaging and closely partnering with business leaders, T&C BPs, T&C, cross-functional leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the initiative.Utilising best practice frameworks, methodologies, processes and toolkits to support timely and seamless project delivery.What will you bring?Depth and breadth of experience in the capability the role aligns to (Organisation Design & Strategy, or Workforce Implementation).Experience in executing business change including supporting key stakeholder management along the journey.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, being able to diagnose root cause problems and determine solutions.Ability to have systems view to problem-solving as well as the ability to deliver at scale.Experience working in an agile delivery environment and applying agile methods and approaches.Experience in supporting the professional development and capability uplift of teams.'Good to have' knowledge, skills and experiences. 10+ years of experience in Banking and Finance.Generalist HR background.Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.Experience working in agile teams and building a customer focused culture.Agile experience (i.e. SCRUM, Kanban, Lean) including ceremonies, tools, systems and processes.Technologically savvy.Ability to think and make decisions quickly with an attention to detail and broader understanding of the decision implications and mitigation requirements.High level of adaptability in order to accept change and reduce unnecessary confusion and risk.Experience in project and program management, including governance, critical path analysis, dependency, issue and risk management, stakeholder management.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
