Work with digitalization and transformation project leads to prioritize dependent workstreams
What you'll do...
Develop Process Documentation for 'P736 Project Evolution' for upcoming Process Changes
Support the roll out of D&T related Organizational Change Management (OrgCM) Strategy
Collaborate across the organization to ensure solution strategy & execution is meeting project goals
Identify required capabilities & enablers the 'blockers' in support of a successful 'Project Evolution' roll out
Coordination of strategic organizational change management & communication tasks, working in conjunction with the D&T Project Leads
Work with D&T Project Leads to prioritize dependent workstreams
Support in setting & recording objectives & KPIs
You'll have...
• Project management, communications, strategy, organizational change management.
• Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills.
• Technical understanding with the ability to translate into non-technical language.
• Must have a desire and passion to find ways to reach and interact with internal customers.
