Position Summary/Responsibilities for the Organizational Change Management Consultant: Oversee and execute change management strategies for two significant IT initiatives.Employ the OCM Framework along with continuous improvement principles to plan, launch, implement, track progress, and document changes.Foster collaboration with diverse teams and ensure effective communication across all organizational levels.Leverage strategic insights to translate overarching goals into actionable, process-driven plans.Exhibit leadership in navigating change while cultivating trust, consistency, and partnerships within the team. Essential Skills for the Organizational Change Management Consultant: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with active listening abilities.Demonstrated expertise in project management and a strong understanding of business dynamics.Capability to think creatively and devise innovative yet practical solutions.Strong skills in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-through.ACMP or Prosci certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
