We are seeking a hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a Masterworks tool implementation engagement for our client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in change management and proven experience with ADKAR and other methodologies. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to facilitating successful organizational change.Key Responsibilities:Change Management Expertise: Utilize ADKAR and other change management methodologies to support organizational change initiatives.Communication Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and plans that utilize various channels.Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and interact with stakeholders at all levels.Coordination and Messaging: Coordinate deliverables against the communication plan and craft clear, succinct messaging to prepare and motivate users for adopting the change.Impact Assessments: Create Change Impact Assessments, Change Resistance, and User Adoption Plans.Process Improvement: Engage in continuous process improvement and conduct stakeholder interviews.Training and Facilitation: Train end users on new technologies, facilitate training sessions, webinars, and user workshops.Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with MS Products, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.Project Management: Manage change on projects developed using Agile and Waterfall approaches.Certification: Prosci or Kotter certification preferred.Additional Responsibilities:Masterworks Tool Implementation: Support the implementation of the Masterworks tool.Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills and engage with champions from different lines of business.Training Sessions: Set up and manage training sessions, including virtual sessions using MS Teams and managing breakout rooms.Travel: Travel for onsite training sessions twice a year.OCM Activities: Perform all OCM activities, including developing communication plans, communication strategies, and organizational change strategies.ADKAR Assessments: Conduct ADKAR assessments to evaluate change readiness and progress.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in change management, including the use of ADKAR methodology.Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Technical: Proficient in MS Teams and managing breakout rooms.Certification: Prosci certification is preferred.
