The Organizational Effectiveness and Training Manager plays a key role in driving employee development, enhancing organizational performance, and improving workforce engagement through the design, implementation, and management of training programs. This role will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop new programs, facilitate new hire orientation, and foster an environment of continuous learning. The manager will also be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness and ensuring that organizational goals are met through targeted development initiatives.
Major Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement training programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
· Create and facilitate engaging new hire onboarding programs that provide a strong foundation for new employees and ensure a positive, seamless transition into the company culture.
· Develop training content for various topics including leadership development, customer service, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
· Deliver in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of employees across departments.
· Continuously assess and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
· Partner with HR and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and overall job satisfaction through training and development programs.
· Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and development within the organization.
· Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance data to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Monitor training completion rates, measure participant satisfaction, and gather feedback to continually improve training offerings.
· Oversee the new hire onboarding process, ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into the company and equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed in their roles.
· Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees, covering key topics such as company culture, policies, benefits, job expectations, and role-specific training.
· Ensure smooth coordination with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure consistency and quality in new hire training.
· Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify emerging training needs and develop custom learning solutions to address them.
· Design programs to support both technical and soft skills development, as well as leadership capabilities.
· Innovate new training methods, leveraging technology, e-learning, and other modern approaches to deliver impactful learning experiences.
· Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into training initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Analyze training feedback, assess program impact on employee performance, and continuously improve training offerings based on data-driven insights.
· Provide regular reports to senior management on training effectiveness, engagement levels, and program outcomes.
· Work closely with department managers, HR, and leadership teams to understand departmental training needs and organizational priorities.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company goals.
· Act as a strategic partner in supporting talent management, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives across the organization.
· Support change management initiatives by designing and delivering training that helps employees adapt to organizational changes, new processes, or technology.
· Use organizational development principles to enhance business performance and productivity through targeted training interventions and continuous feedback loops.
· Stay informed about the latest trends in training and development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement best practices.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training, certification, and professional development.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or human resources preferred, or equivalent amount of experience. High school diploma or GED required. Masters degree or certifications in training, development, and/or organization effectiveness desirable.
Experience:
· 5+ years in HR with a focus on employee relations and full-cycle performance management
· Previous experience with employee engagement, leadership development, and new hire onboarding in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
Skills:

· Ability to assess learning needs and tailor programs to meet those needs

· Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Working Conditions:
· Office environment with a standard workweek (may include occasional overtime).
· Potential for remote work, depending on company policies. · Travel required up to 30% of the time.
