The Total Joint Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with joint-related issues, primarily focusing on hip and knee replacements. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with state-of-the-art facilities.
Opportunity Details Perform primary and revision total joint arthroplasties of the hip and kneeProvide preoperative and postoperative care for joint replacement patientsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, physician assistants, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient careUtilize the latest surgical techniques and technologies to improve patient outcomesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as desiredEducate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and rehabilitation plansMaintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with practice standards and regulationsQualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic SurgeryFellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint ArthroplastyLicensed or eligible for medical licensure in MA and CTStrong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to excellence in patient careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentTrinity Health of New England's collaborative practice model empowers providers to work at their highest levels and allows time for professional development and family life.
