Job Title: Occupational Therapist Job Specialty: Occupational Therapy Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8H Days, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 2 years required, 3-4 years preferred License: MN License Certifications: BLS required, NBCOT preferred Must-Have: - Organized with excellent communication skills- Collaborative and independent in clinical skills and problem-solving- Teamwork oriented- Skilled in physical agent modality use and application- Familiar with DME use and adaptive equipment- Ability to fabricate and modify splints for upper extremity therapeutic management- Competence in performing wheelchair evaluations Job Description: - Treat 8-12 patients per day, including outpatient orthopedic upper extremity, lymphedema, inpatient total joint replacements, inpatient general medical, neurological impairments, and outpatient mental health cases.- Cover adult outpatient, adult acute inpatient, and adult swing bed areas.- Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation.- Report to the Director of Rehab Services who is on-site daily.- Work within a professional casual dress code; scrubs are allowed.- Participate in flexible, one-day, unit-specific orientation.- No weekend or holiday requirements.
